What you choose to share

Your readiness answers remain in your browser until you submit a conversation request. When you submit, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected answers, optional message, permission choices, and campaign information from the page link.

Chat and partner applications

Ask Ken is an automated guide, not a live conversation with Kenneth. Questions stay in your browser until you choose to send a reply request. That request includes your question and contact details. Partner applications include business information and publication permission. Only reviewed, approved listing fields are shown publicly; applicant contact details and review notes remain private.

How we use it

Next Chapter Now and the CBI Team use this information to respond to your request and understand what guidance may be useful. Educational marketing emails require the separate optional choice on the form. If you provide a phone number and separately permit a call, Kenneth may call about your request. We do not request SMS permission or send texts through these forms. Opted-in owner, buyer and adviser requests receive a three-email educational sequence through Resend, with follow-up status recorded in GHL. You can unsubscribe in any educational email.

Services and storage

Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Resend handles email sent from and received at hello@nextchapternow.biz, including operational notices and replies. Mailbox copies are available only to authorized operators. Campaign labels may be retained in your browser tab while you navigate the site; readiness answers and contact details are not stored there. Submitted requests are stored securely for delivery to our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel. Access is limited to authorized operators. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those files. Short-lived security records help prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can use our guides without submitting a form. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing permission, email hello@nextchapternow.biz, use a conversation form and state your privacy request, or reply to a previous message from CBI. We will verify identity before sharing or changing records.

Keep sensitive details private

Please do not submit confidential client names, tax returns, account numbers, or detailed financial records through these forms. An introductory request does not create a brokerage agreement or a guarantee of confidentiality equivalent to a signed nondisclosure agreement.

Retention

Delivered website request copies are removed after 30 days. Undelivered requests are retained for up to 90 days for recovery. CRM records are managed by CBI for the relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. No advertising tracking pixels are installed in this version.
